In 2019, Egalité set three main objectives to better achieve the equality of rights for its members:
- Follow up the Human Resources strategies concerning inclusion and diversity within all the EU institutions, making sure that the LGBTI+ staff is heard.
- Pursue the reimbursement of the IVF costs in same sex-couples.
- Make sure that our transgender colleagues are welcomed and treated properly in the EU institutions by raising awareness with different stakeholders.
In 2021, Egalité conducted a survey to identify the priorities for the year. The revised objectives will be published soon.
