Egalite is proud to offer our mentoring programme for trainees, in every institution and every location. EQUIP matches LGBTQI+ mentors to trainees, so that you get the opportunity to get advice from more established EU staff that identify as LGBTQI+. This includes sharing experiences on how to be yourself in the workplace and fostering a safe working environment for all.

If you are a trainee just starting in the institutions, please join Égalité here, for free. If you select that you are a trainee, you will receive an email once we accept applications to the programme.
