Egalite is proud to offer our mentoring programme for trainees, in every institution and every location. EQUIP matches LGBTQI+ mentors to trainees, so that you get the opportunity to get advice from more established EU staff that identify as LGBTQI+. This includes sharing experiences on how to be yourself in the workplace and fostering a safe working environment for all.

If you are a trainee just starting in the institutions, please join Egalite on this website, and you will get an email starting the EQUIP programme for this trainee season.

If you’d like to be a mentor then there will be a link on the email sent to all our members asking you to come forward.
