Égalité is proud to offer our mentoring programme for trainees in every institution and in every work location. EQUIP matches LGBTIQ+ mentors with trainees, so that you have the opportunity to receive advice from more established EU staff who identify as LGBTIQ+. This includes sharing experiences on how to be yourself in the workplace and helping to foster a safe working environment for everyone.

If you are a trainee just starting in the institutions, you can join Égalité here for free. If you indicate that you are a trainee, we will contact you with information about the events we organise, including our mentoring programme.
