Égalité is proud to offer our mentoring programme for trainees in every institution and in every work location. EQUIP matches LGBTIQ+ mentors with trainees, so that you have the opportunity to receive advice from more established EU staff who identify as LGBTIQ+. This includes sharing experiences on how to be yourself in the workplace and helping to foster a safe working environment for everyone.

If you are a trainee just starting in the institutions, you can join Égalité here for free. If you indicate that you are a trainee, we will contact you with information about the events we organise.

After five successful sessions of our mentoring programme, the organisers are taking a break. They are using this time to reflect on and improve the structure and content of the programme. However, we may still organise events for trainees outside the formal mentoring framework, such as lunches or networking drinks – so we encourage you to become a member!
