Égalité has Articles of Association that define our work and our structure. They were last updated in April 2025 to simplify the work of the Board and the latest version can be downloaded here:

The Articles require us to have a General Assembly every year and a Board to run Égalité, elected by our members by online secret ballot.

The Board has 20 members with Office Bearers as follows:

• President
• Vice-Presidents
• Secretary-General
• Treasurer
• Communications Officer

The Office Bearers are elected yearly by the newly elected Board members.
