Egalite has Articles of Association that define our work and our structure. They were last updated in March 2024 and the latest version can be downloaded here:

The Articles require us to have a General Assembly every year and a Board to run Egalite, elected by our members by online secret ballot.

The Board has 20 members with Office Bearers as follows:
